# Refund and Returns Policy

## 1. Applicable Customers

This policy applies to all B2B corporate buyers, overseas furniture distributors, hotel project contractors, cross-border wholesalers and trading companies on our official website. We are a professional OEM & ODM acrylic custom furniture manufacturer, excluding retail individual orders. All orders are confirmed by official PI, mass-produced and shipped for international cross-border trade.

## 2. Core Return Rule by Product Type

### 2.1 Custom Acrylic Furniture: No Free Return & No Cancellation

All custom acrylic cabinet, display shelf, bathroom cabinet, commercial furniture with customized size, acrylic thickness, logo silk screen, bending shape, painting color and project drawing are non-standard industrial finished products:No unreasonable order cancellation during production, no after-delivery free return, no return for size miscalculation & buyer design change;Once buyer confirms CAD drawing, color swatch and craft sample via email/official reply, buyer unilateral order cancel needs to pay 100% raw material cost, labor processing fee and mold charge;We take no responsibility for unavailable installation caused by buyer’s wrong size measurement, wrong design and local site problem.

### 2.2 Standard Stock Acrylic Furniture: Accept Qualified Return

Stock standard acrylic racks, coffee tables and general cabinets without personalized carving/painting support B2B bulk return:Apply return within 7 working days after port arrival, original package unopened, no scratch, no installation, no secondary warehousing damage;Max return ratio: 15% of total bulk order; free sample order refuses separate return;Return rejected if protective film torn, shipping mark damaged or partial installed.

## 3. Free Replacement & Refund (Factory Liability)

We bear all ocean/air freight, customs duty and re-production cost if confirmed factory production & shipping error:Production defect: acrylic bubble, edge chipping, bending crack, color difference, glue overflow, paint peeling;Shipping mistake: wrong model, wrong plate thickness, wrong logo printing, missing hardware/LED fitting;Cross-border transit damage: plate broken, cabinet fracture during sea/air shipment (need unboxing video + carton photo + B/L);Delivery delay penalty: negotiate compensation or remake service for confirmed factory delivery breach.Processing Time: Buyer submit evidence within 48h after cargo arrival; factory verify in 24h, finish remake/replacement/refund within 3-7 working days.

## 4. Rejected Return Scope (Buyer Full Liability)

Cargo detention, customs seizure, port abandonment caused by buyer’s incomplete customs document, delayed clearance and local import policy;Order cancel & return for buyer’s temporary drawing modification, craft change and project budget cut;Acrylic yellowing, deformation & crack caused by buyer’s secondary cutting, wrong installation, sun exposure and improper storage;Damage feedback over 48h after cargo sign-off, no complete original unboxing video;Return request for slow sales, project shutdown and buyer’s market demand change.

## 5. Cross-border Freight & Customs Duty Rule

Follow international trade term: FOB Factory / CIF Port / DDP Delivered Duty Paid as signed PI;Factory fault: factory cover two-way freight, customs tariff and port storage fee;Buyer fault: buyer bear all return freight, tariff and port penalty;Unapproved port abandonment will lead to buyer full compensation for port fine and forwarder liquidated damages.

## 6. B2B Corporate Refund Process

Qualified stock return: Corporate account refund within 7 working days after warehouse inspection, deduct cross-border bank handling fee;Pre-production order cancel: Deduct design fee & project service charge before refund;Quality problem solution: Partial refund, full refund or free remake optional for buyers;Sample order: Free sample no refund; paid sample only support free replacement, no return.

## 7. Disclaimers

±1.5mm industry size tolerance & slight raw material color difference do not belong to quality defect;Force majeure (war, port strike, natural disaster, customs policy change) no liability for both sides;Signed official PI contract has higher priority than website policy;Unauthorized private return without factory email confirmation will be refused directly.
